1. Cookies Policy
  1. In order to adapt the Service to the individual needs of its users, the Administrator uses cookies – small text files containing information stored on the Device used to access the Internet.

  2. The cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User’s Device. In particular, through them it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted or malicious software to enter the User’s Device. These files make it possible to identify the software used by the User of the Service and to individually adapt the Service and Applications to each of them. Cookies usually contain the name of the domain they come from, the time they are stored on the Device, and an assigned value.

  3. The Administrator uses two types of cookies:
    a) Session cookies: stored on the User’s Device and remaining there until the end of a given browser session. The information stored is then permanently deleted from the Device’s memory. The session cookie mechanism does not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User’s Device.
    b) Persistent cookies: stored on the User’s Device and remaining there until they are deleted. Ending the browser session or turning off the Device does not remove them. The persistent cookie mechanism does not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User’s Device.

  4. The User may restrict or disable cookies on their Device. The Administrator informs that, if this option is used, the use of the Service or the Application will still be possible, except for functions that by their nature require cookies.

    c) remembering settings selected by the User and personalizing the Service interface (e.g. chosen language or region);
    d) remembering the history of visited pages within the Service in order to recommend content;
    User authentication within the Application and ensuring continuous access:

    b) proper configuration of selected Application functions;
    c) optimizing and increasing the efficiency of services provided by the Administrator;
    Execution of processes necessary for the full functionality of the Application and the Service, including:
    a) adapting the content of the Application and Service to the User’s preferences and optimizing the use of the Application and the website; in particular, these files allow the recognition of basic parameters of the User’s Device and provide the Application accordingly;
    Remembering the User’s location, including:
    a) proper configuration of selected functions of the Application and the Service, enabling the delivery of information adjusted to the User’s location;
    Analysis, research, and audit of usage frequency, creating anonymous statistics that help understand how Users use the Application and the Service, which allows for improvements in structure and content;
    Provision of advertising services via the Service:
    a) adjusting the advertisements for third-party services and products presented through the Application and the Service;
    Ensuring the security and reliability of the Application and the Service.

  7. Ability to define storage conditions or access through cookies:
    a) The User may change cookie settings at any time, defining how cookies are stored and accessed on their Device. Such changes can be made through the browser settings or the configuration of the service. These settings can, in particular, block the automatic handling of cookies or notify the User whenever cookies are placed on their Device. Detailed information on handling cookies is available in the browser software settings.
    b) The User may delete cookies at any time using the functions available in their web browser.
    c) Limiting the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities of the Application or other features available on the Service’s website.

  8. In addition to cookies, the Administrator informs that when using the Application provided via the Service, the Local Storage function (so-called local thread memory) will also be used within the following scope:
