A billing account is the account of a medical practice that can independently issue documentation for medical services. One billing account means documentation can be issued only for one designated entity—an Individual Medical Practice, a Group Medical Practice, or a Healthcare Entity. Multiple billing accounts allow documentation to be issued for additional entities.
We offer complete onboarding trainings tailored to roles in the clinic:
- Full program operations — comprehensive training covering all FELG modules (8 hours, PLN 1,200 net) for teams that want full configuration and training.
- Manager / Administrator — essential modules for efficient clinic management and administration (4 hours, PLN 600 net).
- Receptionist — preparing the receptionist to work with the software, making full use of its capabilities (3 hours, PLN 450 net).
- Dentist / Hygienist — training on tools used by dentists and hygienists in daily work (2 hours, PLN 300 net).
- Assistant — quick, role-specific assistant training (1 hour, PLN 150 net).
- Custom trainings — on request, tailored to specific needs.
Dates are scheduled individually; orders placed during promotions qualify for discounts.

There is no requirement for additional charges. We do foresee optional costs—items that are not part of the core, yet complete, operation of the clinic. Most often these involve our technicians’ work on integrations that the clinic can handle independently by following our instructions, but for which it may, for various reasons, need our assistance.
