FELG Dent was born out of a passion for simplifying the work of dental practices and a deep understanding of the real needs of dentists. It all began in 2014. Grzegorz Stawarz, now the company’s CEO, who himself is not a dentist, had close family ties to the dental field and therefore early access to information about the problems and challenges doctors face in their daily work. The inspiration to create the software came during a visit to Italy, where he befriended Guido Pasquantonio – a dentist and lecturer in dentistry at the University of Tor Vergata in Rome.

Guido, who also actively worked as a dentist and manager of several practices, admitted that what he lacked was a simple, cloud-based solution that would allow for easy management of patient appointments and medical records without the need to invest in expensive servers. From this need, the first version of the software was born – a simple calendar that allowed visits and procedures to be recorded. Although it bore little resemblance to today’s FELG Dent software, this was the very beginning of the company’s story. No one at the time imagined that this simple program would quickly grow into a fully developed platform that, within just a few years, would capture 25% of the dental software market in Poland.

After the success of this first tool, Grzegorz and Guido decided to further develop the project, hiring programmers and adding new functionalities. The work lasted several years, and upon its completion in 2018, FELG Dent was launched on the market. From that moment, the company began to grow rapidly, and the software gained recognition among dentists, particularly in Poland. A team of about thirty enthusiasts from Poland and Italy laid the foundation for FELG Dent, focusing on in-house development and the highest security standards. Thanks to this, the tool met GDPR requirements from the very beginning and enabled electronic medical records, issuing e-prescriptions and e-referrals, as well as flawless settlements with the National Health Fund (NFZ). By 2024, when the platform had handled 8.7 million visits (over 35,000 per day!), it was clear that this was no coincidence but the result of a strategic vision and relentless work on innovation.

The breakthrough moment came with the introduction of automation: the system itself suggested appointment times, sent SMS reminders, and reduced empty slots in schedules. Even then, FELG was investing in artificial intelligence, laying out plans to expand features for analyzing patient data and supporting clinic management on a whole new level.

Thanks to a Polish investor who supported the project, FELG Dent gained the opportunity for further growth and expansion. Today, it is a comprehensive tool that supports dental practices in managing everything – from patient appointments and medical records to financial control and team workflow optimization. The origins of FELG Dent are a story of a practical solution born out of the need to simplify dentists’ daily work, which has now become one of the leaders in the dental software market. At the moment, medical professionals can use not only FELG Dent but also the universal FELG Clinic, which caters to a broad range of healthcare facilities, from small practices to specialist outpatient clinics.

The story of FELG’s growth does not end on the map of Poland. After strengthening its position in the domestic market, it was time for international expansion – first in Italy, the United Kingdom, and Romania, and then in such distant and diverse locations as Bahrain and Ethiopia. The company is now planning integration with healthcare systems in the United Arab Emirates and Lithuania, marking another step toward expanding its international reach. All these initiatives align perfectly with FELG’s long-term ambition – not only to enter new markets but also to actively shape global standards in the field of medical software.

A group of experienced sales representatives responsible for developing customer relationships. Their skills and understanding of client needs are crucial for the effective introduction of solutions into the dental market.

Our Customer Success trainers focus on tailoring training sessions to the individual needs of users, helping them make full use of our program’s capabilities. Their goal is to provide support at every stage, ensuring that every FELG Dent user can effectively benefit from the solutions offered.

The Help Desk department is a team of customer support experts who provide technical assistance to software users. They answer questions, resolve issues, and offer guidance on the use and accessibility of the program’s features.

The UX team consists of experience design enthusiasts who put user needs and behaviors first. Through usability research, workshops, and prototype testing, they create interfaces that are intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and tailored to the daily work of medical staff. Their goal is to make every click feel natural and lead to real time savings.

The FELG Dent marketing department is a team of specialists responsible for building brand awareness, analyzing the market, and driving effective promotion. They create strategies that support the growth of our clients by providing valuable communication, updates, and tools.
