  • Appointment scheduling: The clear calendar makes it easy to add and manage patient appointments, record visits, and search for available time slots.
  • Patient communication: The system automatically sends appointment reminders via SMS, which minimizes missed appointments. Additionally, you can customize the message content for patients and allow them to confirm or cancel their appointments.
  • VoIP telephony: thanks to the integrated call system, the reception desk has access to the patient’s record and can see their upcoming appointment at the moment they call the clinic—this streamlines work and makes the clinic appear well organized in the patient’s eyes.
  • Waitlist: thanks to this module, reception can quickly fill freed-up slots with patients waiting for an appointment; using an intelligent waiting queue, the system matches calendar openings with patients who meet predefined criteria.
  • Payment processing: Receptionists have access to invoices, pro forma invoices, and patient balances, enabling efficient payment handling and document issuance. The system also allows sending prepayment requests (PayU) and is integrated with payment terminals.
  • Appointment statuses: The reception can monitor the statuses of appointments (e.g., patient in the waiting room, appointment completed, canceled) and ensure a smooth flow of information within the clinic.
